Broken Trellis

I have a thing for broken or worn objects. Whether the objects are broken, rusty, or old, they are trying to tell a story. This garden trellis provides people a place to walk into the garden. It was also a support structure for the vine that was engulfing it, carrying the weight of the plant, ultimately, breaking in some areas through the weight or just exposure to the elements.

I loved the geometric circular design both full and broken. I used these key circular elements and repeated them to form a wall.
